Currently, I am a full-time tutor with a tuition company focusing on tutoring Mathematics from Primary 1 to Primary 6. I currently have 21 tutees whom I am tutoring Mathematics from Primary 1 level to Secondary 1. Experience tutoring at a tuition centre.
Commitment
I can start with 2 months' notice and am able to commit a minimum of one year. I will try to complete a student's full academic year.

I have 1-1 teaching experience for 5 years. I also have Hillgrove Secondary school teaching intern experience for close to a year from March 2020 up till December 2020. As a student who once struggled in math, I am able to relate to students who are not scoring well in math. I used to be failing from primary school up till lower secondary, until I met a passionate tutor who did not gave up on me like my school teachers did. He made me realise that math is so much more than just simply numbers. the following mid-year exams I managed to score 97/100 as compared to the previous year of 27/100. Afterwards, have gone through JC H2 math as well as Polytechnic math modules scoring As and distinctions. I can assure you I will do my very best to deliver you the results for your child. NA NT or Express, I believe that there is no difference in ones capabilities. My Polytechnic math modules of consisting of Additional Math concepts scored all As, with one distinction. I have previously tutored O level students for Emath with the prior grades being C and thereafter at least a B3 for O level results. I am able to provide materials for E math, for some of the topics. My passion lies in Mathematics, and I am grateful to have met a passionate teacher that helped pull my grades to top 2 in the cohort within a year. I believe your child can achieve it too. I currently have 5 tutees, all primary school.

I had taught in Singapore MOE secondary schools for more than 10 years in 'O' level Chemistry & Sciences, thereafter I had been an IBDP/A level/IGCSE chemistry teacher overseas for more than seven years. In the 2017 Nov IBDP Chemistry exam, 21.4% of distinctions (‘7’), 35.7% of grade A(‘6’) and 21.4% of grade B(‘5’) were achieved. One of the candidates scored 90% in SAT chemistry. In July 2019, Extended Essay candidate managed a score of 30/34 in Biology. In Jan 2020, 4.1% managed distinction, 20.8% grade A and 37.5% grade B in IBDP first year semestral exam. In July 2020, 15.8% of distinction (‘7’) and 26.3% of grade A (‘6’) of IA candidates directly supervised by me was awarded by IBO. In Jan 2022, an IB Chem tutee who enrolled only 4 months before the final exam scored a mark short for distinction. A H2 A level tutee showed an improvement of two grades after seven months in the A level results in Feb 2022. For all tuitions, basic concepts with a lot of worked examples will be taught for students to apply and solve the recent past examination problems. A timely short written test with MCQ will be given to monitor each student's progress. Students are encouraged to post their questions anytime. Please note that only online lessons will be offered.
